On Wednesday we traded at the launch of a fab new night market – Vintage Wednesdays – at Cafe Chic in Gardens, Cape Town. We’re still new to markets, having only traded at the Vintage Day at Blaauwklippen Vineyards in Stellenbosch before, so it was our first Cape Town market ever. The turnout was excellent and atmosphere in the place was amazing. The venue’s decor, lighting and music created the perfect atmosphere for fun vintage shopping. I am proud to be a part of this new event. I was surprised and humbled by the guests’ reaction to Lehza Vintage, almost overwhelmed by the response. I met so many interesting people and more than anything else we had loads of fun! The performance by the ladies of Black Orchid Burlesque was also an absolute blast.
