Vintage shorts, bag, hat & belt; Machi heels; Bondiblu wayfarer’s
Look 3: This is an edgier, more grunge inspired look than the previous two more feminine looks. I’m wearing a retro print tee with attitude, tucked into vintage leopard print (again – my fave!) teeny-tiny-high-waisted shorts with a red leather belt (not that the belt is necessary – there is no way these shorts will fall down with my curves holding them firmly in place – but it adds some colour to the outfit nonetheless).
I love this vintage tan satchel because it is made from really thick leather and goes with everything, plus I sometimes carry a few books in it to class. Leather satchels are a big trend at the moment, especially in the student town of Stellenbosch where I live, and they will never go out of fashion! Platform heels are also great, as the hidden platform under the ball of the foot adds more height then regular heels, which lengthens the leg, and they’re surprisingly comfortable. These black platform ankle strap heels are so versatile and are a staple in my closet. I finished off this look with a menswear vintage hat and my favourite retro style sunnies.
